You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If the item is returned damaged or unusable, there will be no refund given.
You will be responsible for paying returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You must ship with tracking number to ensure traceability of your package and avoid delaying your refund.
Replacement due to sizes
If you like the product, but it’s too small or too big, we will be more than happy to ship you a different size, depending on stock availability, we treat replacement the same way as a new order, therefore please initiate a return and place a new order for a different size.
